The paintings posted on this website,  available as giclee prints, have been chosen by the artist as the embodiment of her love for the scenes of her beloved Palouse country of eastern Washington State;  some may evoke emotions and stir memories of a life lived in other regions of rural America.       

The images currently being made available as giclee prints cover a broad spectrum of interest; all bear testimony to the wisdom of the counsel  given by her first art teacher,  to paint the subject matter one has “known and loved best.”

Much of Nona’s  original art had been sold before the digital revolution perfected the giclee printing process. A number of her works seen in print and frame shops around the country were earlier reproduced as open edition lithographs.
